Certificate Reissuance Process
To request a replacement copy of your certificate, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Prepare Your Information
Gather the necessary details before proceeding:
- Full name (as it appeared on the original certificate)
- Event attended
- Type of participation (Presenter, Panelist, Plenary Speaker, Moderator, Observer, etc.)
- Original certificate classification (Participation, Recognition, Publication, Appreciation, or other official designation)
Having complete information ensures faster verification and processing.
Step 2: Select Your Reissuance Option
Choose from the available certificate reissuance packages listed below based on your preference (digital or premium printed versions).
Step 3: Complete Payment
Proceed with secure online payment via Stripe.
An automatic confirmation email will be generated after successful payment.
Step 4: Submit Your Request
Email your complete information and payment receipt to: certificate.request@aairi.org
Subject format: Certificate Reissuance | Full Name | Event Name
Incomplete submissions may cause processing delays.
Step 5: Receive Your Certificate
- Digital copies will be delivered via email.
- Printed and framed certificates will be shipped to your provided address.
